I am a clinical psychologist based in Copenhagen, offering individual therapy sessions. I have a special interest in autism and gender as well as anxiety, depression and trauma.

Having completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at UCL in 2015, I worked in primary care and refugee services in the NHS, and as an expert witness providing medico-legal assessments for asylum seekers with Criterion A.

I currently volunteer remotely for the British Red Cross psychosocial support team.

In clinical practice, as part of a small group of psychologists in North East London NHS and Forest Farm Peace Garden, we co-founded Growing Roots, a gardening group based on eco-therapy principles, for people seeking asylum.

Together with Sophie Standing, we co-created Camouflage, a graphic novel on autistic women’s experiences based on a research paper written with Will Mandy and Robyn Steward.

I am also a user researcher and have been able to apply my psychology experience in other non-clinical contexts.

This includes working as part of the British Red Cross innovation team in 2019, where we co-designed a national service for organisations to request support during the coronavirus pandemic. We also co-designed a mentoring programme and social enterprise called Leaps and Grounds, supporting refugee women into permanent jobs, in the UK.
